I am obsessed with Harbin Hotel, and Angel Dust is definitely my favorite character x) What character should I base the next cat hat on? I really hope this pattern tutorial was easy to follow, but during the week of filming and editing I've been struggling with seizure, brain fog, and lack of cognitive clarity (all due to my condition of extreme spinal cervical instability) so pleas don't hesit...

    Love this top so much and am excited to finish it! However, I am having issues with the straps. I’ve triple checked that the straps are the same amount of stitches. But the second strap is failing to measure the same length as the first. I’ve undone it once already and can’t figure out the problem 🥲

      Hi there! I am so so sorry that I am seeing this so late! Sometimes a chain will look longer because the tension isn’t as stiff until it’s been stitch into. Have you made any progress with it?

    I love the stacked sc idea! They’re sorta difficult (for me) to do, but it looks soooo much cleaner than the awkward gaps I’d get by chaining ☺️

    Suggestions for the breastplate portion of the shirt. If you do the standard strap like the one she does. Xs/s: 5 inches (front panel in all 9 inches) M: 6 inches (10inches) L: 7 inches (11 inches) Xl: 8 inches (12 inches) 2/3xl: 8.5 (12.5 inches) 4xl/5xl: 9 inches (13 inches) These are suggestions but you can always measure but I found it works when I made the pattern for friends and family. Hope this helps.

      If you follow the instructions by the amount of inches and not the amount of rows and chains, yes, this will work with a smaller yarn ❤️

    hi eleanor, i recently got into crocheting and i’m obsessed(and my adhd isn’t being helpful with the hyper fixation), it’s amazing that i get to make my own top made to measure because sometimes it’s hard to find the perfect size for me so thank you so much!!!! also since it’s been hard for me to find a job i like, crocheting has been helpful and i get to make money off something i actually enjoy! so i wanted to say thank you for letting small business owners sell this top, when i finish mine i’ll make sure to tag you!! saludos desde mexico 🤍🤍

    Okay so I started this project a few months ago and gave up because when making the bust coverage part, it kept shrinking and the number of stitches per row was decreasing as I continued the rows 😭 and idk how cause I wasn’t trying to decrease 🥹 I want to start it over again, but any advice for this?

    • @TheCrochetFaerie
      @TheCrochetFaerie Год назад

      Hi love, I am so sorry I didn't see your comment until now! When working the bust coverage, maybe put a stitch marker at the end of each row (at whichever end is accidentally decreasing) so you know which stitch to finish with <3
