The biggest mistake I see small business owners make is... you know what actually honestly blows my mind? the level of arrogance from this dudes mouth. if you expect people to memorize the little details in your job post, you might as well take them down. i have a college degree in computer science with an emphasis in network administration as well as 25 years in customer service and management training. when i apply for jobs, im doing hundreds a day thousands a week. do you honestly think anyone can remember every posting they apply for? look, i get it. You're a "business owner," but you need to lower your expectations, or you will miss out on some of the hardest working employees you will ever meet. you need to check yourself before your bottom line gets rekt. I am also am sensing some toxic manager vibes off here. be careful, or else you will need to install a revolving door for the amount over turnover you reserve 🙃😉
