Weldone Guys. May our dialect not go extinct amongst some of us especially the Lagos bred children of indigenous Ondo parents. We have thought our children English and some token of Yoruba. But rising to the occasion of speaking ondo becomes a problem. Help us o God! The future of our Motherland lies in his younger generation.

I love my dialect. Though a Lagos bred all my life. Still struggle to speak or command the dialect. My dad and Mum were born in Ondo but Lagos trained right from the 60's. Their languages are defined, English inclusive. Ondo doesn't mix with their Yoruba at all. Yet their Ondo dialect was Top notch (Both deceased now) Weldone Sir, great job you are doing.

I love my dialect. 100% Though had all my formative years in lagos. Full blooded Ondo!
