I did everything as instructed, but the water flow after I installed the RO-50S just went very low. Before the installment of the last cartridge the water flow was perfect. What could be the issue here?

Hi, is there any ratio or guidelines related to the Remineralization cartridge? How much is needed if the water is really acidic? Would the PH be mineralized to more than 7?. Does this only add calcium and magnesium? If Magnesium, then what type? magnesium citrate? Oxide? Thanks

I have a Brita Marella water jug that I purchased 2 years ago. It takes the Maxtra filters. I bought some Aquaphor Maxfor filters for it, but while they seem to fit in, no water flows through them. Is it a compatibility issue, or just defective filters?

These are rubbish! I have two of them and the filters simply don't fit into the holder properly, unless you're prepared to use a LOT of force on them, thereby risking cracking the holder. The result is that you've always got unfiltered water in the top compartment which you either have to allow to mix with the filtered water when you pour it or remove the top compartment and pour the unfiltered water away. It's a ridiculous design when every other brand works so simply and effectively!

Not sure if I understood wright, every time I add new salt I need to flush it with 270 litters of water? How often would I need to do this? I spent around 12 m3 of water each month. Is this device suitable for me or do I need bigger model?

I was about to return these filters for my Brita jug. After seeing this, it turned out I didn't push the filter all the way down.

it may be a stupid question,but that filter on top of it,is not moving by itself. are we supposed to have it calculate how many times we’ve used the jug and when we need to replace the filter? i know that must be the idea,but just dont see how that will apply in real life,it basically moves however you want,if you just rotate it.

I'm interested in replacing my old Brita and I'm tying to find out how exactly the filter change reminder works n this one. The Brita just has a countdown lcd - or it did have till someone got it wey - what is the mechanical process that the Aquaphor uses? Does it judge by throughput/flow or what?

How much that product cost and how to be installed also is recycling tank and would it be sold back when not needed ?

To Follow Up, here’s what I think you’re supposed to do. It’s essentially this. 1. Steep the filter in water for 5-10mins. 2. Place in jug and fill with water. - And just repeat this process a couple of times. Rinse and repeat. 4. Just use it. All you need to do is make sure the filter has been cleaned an rinsed, same principle as a coffee filter. But their instructions make it confusing. I’ve never been more confused looking at instructions until now. This is shocking, pure laziness

Great filter, terrible instructions. Why not put text on the video explaining each step? Including text instructions on the description such as Step 1, 2, and 3. It doesnt say how many minutes to leave the filter submerged in water. It doesnt specify how many times we need to drain the water. The factory manual with font size like 4 doesnt help much either. /RANT.

How long do you immerse the filter in water? 30 minutes is a long time. Is it meant to be 30 seconds?
