This display is the work of John Libecki from Merced, Ca in his 2nd annual holiday lighting spectacular.
His 2008 display includes over 10,000 lights that he spent nearly three and a half months and a bit of cash to hook up. So that the Libecki' neighbors aren't disturbed by constant noise, viewers driving by the house are informed by signs to tune in to a signal broadcast over a low-power FM radio station to hear the musical accompaniment.
The track in the video is Carol of the Bells being performed by August Burns Red. There are several tracks that play in a continuous loop from 6pm - 10pm 7 days a week for the month of December.
