This video is a great start, but it is one part of the whole horn playing experience. The body posture of a person is equally important while playing the horn. For more information you can use Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, or QiGong to improve the way in which the skeletal frame is reset back to it's optimal functionality and the way it is most naturally used.
