It makes it worse because GM Poles was an Offensive lineman & its like he has a knack for picking up Sub average over paid O Line talent ! 9th pick Darnell Wright was a no brainer. So now Caleb Williams gets the pass rush right up the gut were the O Line is weakest. He didn't learn anything from previous Bears GMs who made the O Line the last overall priority !

He hasn’t made one good move. He paid a Rb over 20m day one of free agency that can’t do shit. Chase claypool trade is a bust. Brought in some broke ass lineman. Drafted a wr at 9 instead of a lineman. Paid a wr that’s old and injured. Drafted a punter in 4th round. Wow. I’m tired of people praising this guy. At the end of the day our team sucks and he made a ton of bad decisions. Stop thinking this guy is god

Just from these clips an OL can tell there is no chemistry and/or trust between the guys up front. It’s simple pass protection principles. Understanding how to pass a guy off and stay active in your gap. Maybe they aren’t coached that which would be sad. There’s no way they are coached to block the guy that starts on top of them. They’ll lose every time. You can see the G/C/G getting destroyed because the center can’t set the depth of the pocket, and the guards are on islands when theoretically that should never be the case. They need to get better at communicating and trusting one another. For the love of god practice stunts and games they look so lost when their man rushes a different gap

Chris Morgan may very well be the Problem. He is the Only Common Denominator. Shelton the center is clearly not strong enough, Kramer is bigger and stronger. The same with Pryor over Nate Davis at RG.

OL coach _Chris Morgan_ must have knowledge or pictures of someone doing something illegal or naughty. He was crap with Nagy. Crap with Eberflus. Harry Heistand is unemployed - it's not too late to bring him back. He had some very good years under his belt.

These mistake are more on Poles than Eberflus and/or Waldron. Darnell Mooney, star of Falcons win over Eagles Monday night, told a sports reporter that Poles had ordered Eberflus and Getsy to target the WRs Poles had selected. Mooney was a leftover from Pace era along with other people who are castoffs of Chicago, and now playing well for other teams including Daniels and Fields with Steelers, Patrick, Mustipher, Mooney....notice a pattern here of O-linemen doing better, much like Fields,when they receive tier one level NFL coaching.

I watched the tape on the offensive line. Caleb Williams cannot step up in the pocket because Shelton keeps getting pushed back into the quarterback, but like I said, Nate Davis is bad and Braxton is bad.

Will an order for that quarterback to be good you need to have a offensive line that's going to block for him
