I liked it more when everything was randomly generated and it wasn't just the hallways. I don't hate the preset rooms, but everything being random was a bit more interesting imo. The issues with levels at the time I feel could've been fixed with changes and tweaks to the generation versus just preset rooms, but that's just me. Not a deal breaker but yeah

@JdSharkWolf Yeah the being randomly generated had more meaning before 0.4, but I think it got a little worse by 0.8 when levels would just be the exact same size you can think of. I mean floor 3 being somewhat smaller at times could be seen as weird, but it would be a small change of pace at times. I dont really hate the layouts of current versions, there's still interesting layouts at times, I just find it a little inferior compared to 0.3 basically

Yeah, 0.9 is an update this game needed a LONG time ago, like not just patches after another version, but one directly focused on bug & glitch fixes with possibly small tweaks
