Not un-athletic but uncoordinated . He was 7’1 he doesn’t have to jump very high to touch backboard . That’s like a normal guy dunking . His legs are 10 feet long he’s not fast just takes 4 steps to travel 50 feet . He’ll average maybe 22 and 16 w 3 blocks .

Wilt had track and field career, a successful volleyball career after NBA. Ran like a gazelle. Old footage dont do justice. And he could run the fast breaks coast to coast they just didn't want Bigs doin that back then

He was a great athlete especially for his era . Generally more athletic than 90% of normal people . I would say he looks more uncontrolled , the athletes are smoother today . He was crazy on the fast breaks, most of the footage I’ve seen were fast breaks either he started or finished .

How many people in history can block the skyhook? Shaq is too slow for Wilt, Wilt is taller than Shaq and stronger than Shaq and can jump higher. Wilt was still able to dunk over the age of 50 Shaq can barely dunk now.
