PS5 Pro is just an overclocked standard PS5. Sony did exactly the same with the PS4 & PS4 Pro, you couldn’t tell them apart. Some online retailers have already dropped the price of the PS5 Pro already. In no way is it worth the extra money. I bought the Slim version later on because I didn’t want to pay stupid prices for one in lockdown. Paid £399 for the disc version from John Lewis and got a few cheap games for it. I would never pay £1000 for a console

Great video mate. I notice at the 08:09 mark. You're using a sabrent heatsink on the pro. Does it fit perfectly on that SSD slot cover bay? Cause they have that same heatsink And I want to use it on the pro when I get mine. Also In terms of the downsides of the pro, when you were mentioning about AW2, starwars, etc. This is definitely a software thing, and not a hardware issue.Because it's supposed to be performing way more better than the PS5. Developers always take their time to utilize the tools of the power of the consoles, just like what we went through in the beginning of a generation with PS5. Also, i'm sure you heard about this, but there was a developer on reddit.That was talking about all the issues on games like SH2 remake, starwars, etc on the pro on PSSR. He said it's totally normal, and because they are using an old SDK version of PSSR. And it will get updated to different versions and improve over time. To give it 6-12 months. And games will look and perform much better on the pro. Just like DLSS. It took time for it to become great on top notch level. As always, it's always the first party studios of playstation that make their games look absolutely stunning and play awesome, to carry everything. Like spiderman 2, TLOU 1 and 2, Horizon,GOW,GT7, ratchet, list goes on. Looked and played amazing with several different performance options on PS5 and then it performs even better on the pro. 3rd party developers are always slacking and making games not properly optimized, or utilizing the software well. And they need to get on their "A" game like Sony's first party talented devs. This has always been the case for years. But the pro is an amazing machine, and it will get stronger over time. I always have my faith in Cerny. The best architect designer ever in gaming😎💪

Hey ive just subscribed to your channel as ive seen and watched your videos about you and your partner before 😊 My best advice is to wait for Sony to realise the different colour plates for the pro if you spray your plates your console looses value when it comes to re-sale in the future Also i know how difficult it is to get a disc drive i had to pay £180 for one off ebay on top off the £700 for the pro but its worth having a look on there for one its not ideal to pay more than what they are worth and i do think it was a dick move for sony not to include one with the pro but i do hope you are able to get a disc drive soon 😊

I've gone back through TLOU2 doing a collectables run so I'm going through every Nook and Cranny myself (it's a word 😅) and looking forward to going back through the first. Will check out that website too, I got a nice one with 'Naughty Dog' on the front from somewhere, hopefully they do some cool stuff too ✌️

I’ve been playing Horizon burning shores on Performance Pro mode on a 4K 120hz screen, since I was saving that DLC for a rainy day, it’s been a great time, also Final Fantasy 14 is uncapped and really looks good on the 5 Pro.

i love the thinner design and i decided not to go for a discdrive anymore and selling the normal ps5. They will fix this pssr thing over time on silent hill2 it's more or less fixed ... But it looks sharper, we just have to wait a little bit longer.

This isnt ideal but it is an option. Buy a ps5 slim bundle on black friday with the disc drive. Some places are doing some really good deals. Use the disc drive on the pro and trade in the ps5 as a digital edition slim console to CEX.

I have Pro as well, and even if I’m impressed by the quality in currently playing GoW Ragnarok (second time to see better graphics and get platinum), that I’m not impressed by PSSR almost at all. Most games which including RT, and Lumen, they are suffering from flickering and overall image instability. Any other games without RT or at least some not third party games, the PSSR may be good, not perfect by is good. PSSR need way more time to become valuable, but for now if anyone wants to buy Pro for that reason strictly, then I would recommend to wait till price go down, because after that time, PSSR may become much better and at lest at the point of being worthy to spend 600-700£ .

I’ve just got some compensation money so am really tempted to finally bite the bullet and get a ps5 slim on a Black Friday deal…not a pro type of person, the normal console is enough for me and saves me a few bucks. 😅
