I think "how to get Rasetsu" isn't the right video to make. The one that would be actually interesting is "how to NOT get Rasetsu", since you literally can't beat Phantom Liberty and not have it. The gun is, like, literally planted into your hands during the main story mission, without any alternative courses of action. It's the one PL iconic gun that you, quite literally, CAN'T miss :D
