Oh wow this is an amazing video. It’s so lovely getting to know you dear Betty, I already thought of you as a friend but even more so now, so wonderful too, watching you at work, you make it look easy but I know it isn’t. Thank you also for sharing some about your personal emotional and spiritual journey, as I often say in our messages, you do have limits, listen to your body, you cannot be all things to all people and you deserve to take care of YOU, you are so insightful and yes cortisol can be very damaging, it’s that “fight and flight” just as you say, I am sure this is a major contributor in my fibromyalgia as well. I do that hand shaking test too, I feel like I should be trembling all over, I can feel an inward tremor and it amazes me when I don’t see my hands shaking outwardly. I am in weekly therapy at the moment which is helping. You’re so amazing, inspirational and brave, I think you should write a book about your experiences as you’re so articulate and good at expressing things. Yes. I'm really happy because my stray cat named Nellie was laying under my bushes in front of my house. Hi Betty , yes U did just watch your video. You just came back on. Or it's starting over lol. I bought a couple of beds for my girls outside. The wind is chilly. I'm trying to comfort Nellie because she isn't well. I believe she was born with health problems. She drank and ate alittle , that gives me hope. She also let me clean her eyes. I'm praying the Lord will heal her.

I'm sorry Betty , this is my first custom order ,so I didn't quite get the whole what I want thing. I saw Sarah day but and said that's the one looking at her picture. My hubby was no help. He said blonde or dark hair and that was it. Lol. My next baby will be a little different.

God Bless u Betty , you do beautiful work. At lunch today ,I seen that u were live , so I caught a little of the beginning. After work waiting in my hubby ,I watched more. Here it's 8:30pm and I'll watch until the end or if I get to tired. 3:30am comes awful early. Thank God tomorrow is Friday and I'll be leaving work early. Hoping to catch more of u painting. It's not boring , it's amazing in what u can do to these babies. Also , thank u for sharing. I was wondering where you've been.I'm happy to know you're okay.
