I have an acre of land around my now poisoned once a paradise aquatic ecosystem pond/lake. The watercourse died after a 3G shredded tyre sports field was installed by Homewood School 130 feet from and 30 feet higher than our water level and within months everything was wiped out. I now need to raise money to shore up the eroding banks and wondered if I could build a few shepherds huts and rent them off in summer to raise some money. DO I NEED PLANNING PERMISSION. For nearly 5 years I have tried to get justice here but all the authorities send me around in circles so I have to give up now due to my age. Sadly children up at the school inhale the same leaching chemicals from the perishing shredded tyre grains in dry weather and get a toxic paste of them in skin pores, eyes, ears, noses, cuts and grazes in wet weather. 50+chemicals are Carcinogens and Mutagens and the kids inhale them all. The chemical 6PPD Quinone probably wiped out our paradise as 0.1 parts per billion wipes our entire rivers (see Google. Type 6PPD Quinone). Parents are kept in the dark and kids are set up for cancer. I feel so guilty giving up on the kids and my little lake but at age 79 I can't cope with all the worry anymore. I spent so much trying to warn parents but they do not listen. Now I have to do something to try and keep this place going and survive myself. Luckily I am skilled very fit and still work very hard 7 days a week.

Government will be commandeering them soon for the gimmegrants.
