Hello, I have just upgraded my system to MSI RTX4090 / 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900KS / 64.0 GB DDR6 RAM and some m.2 drives - BUT X-Plane 12 can still kill it off, so my advice is buy the best within your budget and prepare to be disappointed (at least with X-Plane) - For everything else it runs like a dream :)

Hello, If this is for Substance Painter then you need to have a copy of the 3D mesh to import, normally in .obj or .fbx format (plus some other formats). If you choose File / New - a new project window will open and this is where you select your 3D mesh file: Under the Template options you will see "File" Then a select Box

Hello, For both the search light, and the landing light are custom datarefs. I then added commands which repeat when the button is held, moving in very small steps (+ - the value to the dataref) giving the effect of smooth movement. So its commands doing the movement basically :) .

@@simonrowe6386 how would you do "custom datarefs"? i guess you are not picking one of their huge existing list?

Hello, I am not entirely sure that it is compatible with X-Plane 11.35 (untested in this version). I would recommend the update to the latest version of XP11 and see how that works for you. There is an "updater" in the X-Plane 11 folder that you can run. Thanks.

Hello, If you use hardware controllers, just bring RPM up until the engine governor take control, then that's it. If you use other control method its pretty much the same, but done one at a time. For normal flights you do not need to touch the throttles again until you land. I hope this helps.
