I've sift through the comments. Just for the sake of curiousity, does anyone knows what ever could have been broken except for the diaphragm? Could it be the lever piston's gasket? If it's the case, there's no parts available for the lever piston, contrary to SRAM that put out all of their internal parts separatly. eh.

GRX has the same exact piece and in the last page of the manual it explains how to Replace the diaphragm, but no piece available for purchase. Torx 8 screwdriver is needed. I inspected mine and seemed fine but it hasn't been solved :( No warranty, only option is buying a whole new lever (~$200)

I have the same issue. after pushing the piston accidentally and this was happen and brake lever become spongy. Can anyone teach me to solve this problem?

ICS stem comes on this model. It has the same fork as the top level bike.
@@cormackeeney3897 So why the brakes cables are not hidden the fork is different . ICS means cables are routed under the stem and than along the fork. Beside the bike has great paint job . It will be a killer deal with full ICS approach. Response for similarly priced Scott models i.e.

I got same exact issue after changing brake pads :( There is nothing in replacing brake pad instructions about opening bleed screw, they just say don't twist the caliper or use sharp tool to spread them.

It should be a warranty issue. Replacement. Seemingly, it's quite common.
I have the same issue
I just had this hahaha, I THINK it might be from pushing the pistons back in, without opening the bleed port.. at least that's what I'm hoping otherwise it was totally spontaneous The brake still works

Great video. I fly to granda in 2 weeks time and stay in cajar. Need to hire a bike and get some rides done, hopefully Cycle sierra nevada will help me out when I am there!
