    non of the other videos can compare cuz everyone else have bad quality videos or just bootleg sauce (always adding something that doesn't go with it like viniger) or something I'm not looking for and they .....       Boiling tofu actually helps extract some moisture out of the tofu itself, making it a bit denser. It makes it harder for the tofu to fall apart when frying.

    A tip for coating tofu with cornstarch: Pour some cornstarch on the tofu and toss it around the bowl. It evenly coats the tofu and no extra wastage of cornstarch

    Idk if it's just me, but ever since I realized how much work it takes to deep fry and how bad it is for you too, I only airfry. This recipe looks so tasty, but the wet batter definitely doesn't taste the same when airfried 😢

    I know it's not same but I once tried bibimbap in a Korean food restaurant and I loved ittt And when I saw this recipe, since i loved bibimbap I definitely wanted to try this too for brunch (I substituted celery leaves with green onion though, bc I didn't have green onion at home and i love celery. And I sprinkled red pepper on top.) but rest is the same. result= I love it🤤👌🏻
