I main Luna Snow but I’m actively learning every hero so I can flex to everything. I do plan to hyper focus one two characters for each role but in the meantime I want to learn the obvious combos of every hero and their counters.

I think people should have at least 1 person there good with on each class I like Rocket and Hulk And if they need another dps i go starlord

That’s just a feature for Bucky and Starlord. It literally says in their character/ability information screen that Bucky automatically reloads every time he uses any of his arm abilities, and starlord automatically reloads when he dodges and use his big ability.
