Tak's AE86 had a light tune suspension tune iirc but no extra power, it's an underdog car winning on handling and sheer guts.

What made the car special wasn't its top speed it was its handling the touge was the right environment for its weakness to be its strength on a more traditional match up on open roads it would fall flat
