Prem, in every situation ask yourself the question.... is the request being asked from the client what the communication I am receiving in my mind, how do I interpret what the question means, and is it what is really being asked of me? Is it a fact or an interpretation I am receiving? How do I know what is a fact is, and what is an assumption? Communication is best communicated when looking at the other person, this shoes you are communicating, not by looking down when the person speaks, that is not communication. I will look forward to seeing your hard work in operation.
