I actually had that "hi how are you" moment with an old high school mate. I met her in bara and I greeted her rushing past in the opposite direction and she turned to try and have a conversation but i was in a hurry so i continued walking. A month later i found out that she had committed suicide...apparently she was going through things and i'm guessing at that time she needed someone to talk to but i wasn't able to offer an ear. mara it is what it is

This was my very first Power Circle Conversation, and I love the fact that already there's so many seeds of ideas you're planting in my head. I honestly love the energy and the feeling I'm getting here and I think from now onwards, this is gonna be my new safe space. I would definitely check out the Panda App... As someone who's always been flirting with the idea of going for counseling but didn't know where to start, I strongly feel like I've just came across an undiscovered treasure, and I love the fact that you already got me reflecting on my daily and my weekly structure. I'm currently a person walks to school/work almost every day, and you just inspired new ways to look at it. However, I think I need a proper daily routine because as someone who's an instrumentalist, it's so easy to skip my daily practice and once I skip one session, it tends to be a week of skipped sessions. So, that's one thing I feel like I need to focus on right now and I want to make it part of my morning routine. Nonetheless, thank so much Sis Mbali for creating this space and helping people like me figure out their way around mental issues and deal with their mental clutter. I really needed to have this conversation!🙏
