HI - I generally use a pinch with thumb and middle finger at the start of the chord followed by inside two and outside two ie innie outie rolls, but it does vary.

I'm really happy you like it, but I'm not sure I can make a tutorial as I'm not sure what I'm playing myself as I do tend to play it lightly differently when I try to slow things down. I wish I had someone who could write out what I play. I guess you'll have to do what I do to learn tibesfrom YT - look really carefully! Thanks for your comment, I appreciate it. Mike
