In 2011, I had a recording sent to the American embassy in Dublin Ireland, on it i described several inventions, business investment ideas, i described several rough movie outlines, I described a few science experiments, and I named and described several websites which I asked them to have made with some of the proceeds from the inventions I described, and I asked for a no contact conservatorship and subsequently everything on the recording that I described was made and mostly successful with the exception of the solar light harnessing power plant in the desert that heats sand up until it's so hot it's practically like 🌋 lava.. other than that one, everything worked. I also made allot of predictions which all came true. I have more inventions that I haven't shared yet... it's Congress' duty to promote science and technology. So the fact that they haven't paid me or acknowledged my existence, is basically a form of cruel and unusual punishment... what a quandary. I also described allot of house and building design ideas. There's a house on a point, [I think it cost about 40mil] somewhere in Hawaii with another invention in it that i described on the recording in 2011. It's a coffee table with a glass top and under the glass is sand and a metal ball which is controlled with a magnet from a cnc type of machine hidden under the sand and it's programmed to drag the steal ball around on the sand tracing out zen patterns amd probably some sacred geometry designs. I described the porche design tower with car elevators on the recording in 2011. I should own a piece of the elevator company. I named and described the Edge in NY. And several other buildings there. I described zero edge drains, and suggested that they could find a type of marble or quartz that was translucent enough to back light with LEDs.. I have a wild imagination. I hope they pay me, George O'Shea, what I'm rightfully and lawfully owed soon.. I'm homeless now. I suggested on the recording that I would end up homeless if they hadn't paid me by about a year ago. I reckoned it would be a good learning experience. A test if you will. I also first described or suggested that someone should put a foil on a surfboard and on a sailboat.. I described the foil sailboat racing. I suggested putting motors on the foil surfboards as well, all back in 2011. So hopefully America's government is going to allow all my ideas to stolen from me. I asked them to help me become philanthropist wealthy.. and if I named some of the websites, you easily imagine I'm there. 🕒 [here's one, what sound does a clock make?!] I named it, described its style and its logo and several of the challenges.. I also said, I planned to donate 92% of my acquired wealth when I die to charity... so it might actually deter any criminal within the government or whoever was going disseminate my ideas from attempting to steal what should be rightfully mine. I asked for it all to be reviewed by the doj.. I also had an invention for military use, and it was made. There's a Roman law maxim that states: render unto every man his due!!!⚖ ⏰............. Do words even mean anything in America. You have the right to "petition " the government... that means nothing.. Look up the word petition.. it lead you to "supplicate", which leads to "entreat" which leads down ♻ to "ask," or "beg"... so great, we all have the right to "ask" earnestly the government what?!? You just have right to ask or beg for stuff... they have no obligation to do anything it seems. Time will tell. Do America's laws mean anything... do people in government have integrity. ⏰...

I am used to Miami condos and for that price you can still get a true masterpiece trophy property where as for this unit I appreciate the removal of that beam and the new windows but the choice of finishes are basically OK but I am not wowed at all by them and all the furnishing really has to go.

I don't really want to hate o ocean front property. I love a lot of it but can I ask. How big of a carbon foot print? Does building on sand. Make? I get they have some of the good dirt but to build on but the sand next to it washes away

Scarlett, you seem like a lovely person, however, this home is nothing like the “old Hawai’i” you refer to. If you want to use that term properly then you should refer to Ossipoff, or the gorgeous palaces of Hawaiian royalty or the old plantation managers home, like the Baldwin home on Maui. This home you represent couldn’t be farther from “old Hawai’i”.
