Prepping for Tomato Sauce 🫙 Part 1 @Italiantomatosauce #urbangardening
I've read that lard is good for your hands. I need to invest in getting a cast iron skillet. I like this video! Youbhave made this process of biscuits so easy. What else can Ibput the biscuits in since I dont have a cast iron skillet?
You can use any baking pan. Or baking sheet. I would still put them in a circle close together.
@steadyathome5201 ok well thank you!
I really like your recipe! My mom has passed but she made it like you do! I have subscribed to your channel.
Welcome 😊 and thank you
@steadyathome5201 I made one yesterday and it turned out great. I'm taking it to a families house today! Merry Christmas!

Yes please! Looks delicious! Merry Christmas 🎄
Merry Christmas! Thank you! 🎄
I’ve used melted butter for my boxed cakes instead of oil and it turns out well!
That's a good idea, I'll have to give it a try.
I love my little lasagna 🥰
YUM
You are sweet, normal like the rest of us. 👏🏼😁
Not a good camera angle. Did not watch.
That's okay
lovely video❤
Thank you
Perfect Pie Crust! Makes 2 There is so many ways of doing pie crust. 2 2/3 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup of butter flavored Crisco 1/2 cup of VERY COLD WATER.some days you might have to add a little more water. (If your using stick butter make sure it stays very cold,so don’t bring it out of the refrigerator until you are ready to use it) In a bowl Crisco, flour and salt and then use a pastry cutter or fork and cut the crisco and flour together by pushing down and twist until it comes out looking like small crumbs.then add the half cup of water and mix it all up.and then get your hands in there and form it into a ball. cut the dough in half because your making two.wrap each one in cling wrap and set in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and then flour your counter top and flour your rolling pin and start rolling your dough.if you need more flour just add it.roll it out bigger than the size that you need. Put it in your pie dish then go around the edges with a brush with a little water so when you add the top part it will seal together .on the top dough after you got it on top the way it should look put 4 slices with a knife.it is called vent holes so your pie don’t explode lol Note. When your making just the bottom pie and your not using a top pie crust. When your done putting your dough in your pan the way it should look then take a fork and pock holes in the bottom and on the sides so it don’t puff up when baking, i always bake the bottom pie in a preheated 350 oven for 10 to 15 minutes to get brown around the edges then I remove from oven and let it completely cool before I put anything in the pie.then I put it back in the oven after filling is in it and I just lay Reynolds’s wrap across the top so the top sides don’t burn.but you don’t have to do this step if you don’t want to. I use ice cold water when I do mine hun
You already did the salt lmfaoooo

Welcome 😊 I'm new at this so ..... LoL 😆
@steadyathome5201 I've been here a little while but I still consider myself new at it lol, I know I got a lot to learn lol. Main thing is to have fun with it and enjoy yourself, and for me I've met and made so many friends that is always a good day.
Would have been good if not for the sugar
You don't have to use sugar
Hello🐻💕 I'm watching from Japan🇯🇵😄
Thank you for watching 🙂
That was NOT a tablespoon or two of sugar. That was almost half a cup.
You don't have to use sugar. Anyway it was really good, it tasted like sweet corn after it was baked . Didn't taste that sweet .
No cooking instructions?🤔
Preheat oven to 350 bake for 30-40 minutes
Happy Thanksgiving! Looks delicious!
Yes please, looks delicious! 🥧
Thank you 😋
Awesome, I love sage! I usually make sage sticks every year, but it didn’t grow too great this season.
You'll have to show what Sage sticks are. I'm curious. 😊
@ ok
Nice sunny day!
What do you use your sage for?
You can use sage as a Thanksgiving ingredient for stuffing. You can use sage for poultry stuffing. You can add sage to flavor sauces like Italian tomato sauce, you can use sage to marinate meat you can put sage and homemade bread. Sage works well with pork as well
Yes please, looks delicious!
Hi, new subscriber here! Great job looks good! I am very happy that I have all my canning done for the winter!

And who cares what you are doing. I dont know why all of you think your important.
I love it. Real, not many around anymore.
If you use milk instead of water, and butter instead of oil add a extra egg will be bakery Worthy
Thank you

I'm not a pro at this. I'm trying . LoL
When i get to the powdered tobacco at the bottom, i dump it into the next new bag so it will mix up. It works well.
I just started ryo too. I got a powermatic 2 that is just like yours. The only way i can get them to fill the tubes right is to onky pack the ends. They tell you to "lightly " pack the whole thing. But that doesn't work for me. Im seriously thinking about getting the powermatic 3, because it loads the tobacco for you. Im going to keep with this one for awhile maybe. Im already saving so much money, even though its only been about 6-7 weeks. Where di you buy your tobacco and tubes? Ive been buying at Windy City, online. I only came across your channel because i was watching their you tube videos.
AMAZING
I'm curious as to what part as well. I am also in OH.
Central Ohio

What part of Ohio? I grew up in Huber Heights, it's a suburb outside of Dayton. I moved to Seattle in my 20s, back in 1989. Recently my washer broke so I have been doing some handwashing with Zote and Fels Naptha. I found the Fels Naptha at a local Ace Hardware Mom & Pop store. It was way cheaper than ordering it off of Amazon.

Tomato’s split when Heavy rain happens; especially when preceded by dry weather, is the leading cause of fruit cracking and splitting in tomatoes.
Awesome 👍👍
