This 1998 Twix commercial is the ninth year that Chuck Norris has been the spokesperson for the candy bar since 1990. In the commercial, Norris plays a tough-as-nails guy who takes both Twix bars for himself while his buddy gets nothing. It’s a classic example of the “two for me, none for you” attitude that made Norris such a popular pitchman for Twix.👍

Inspector Gadget was still on Nickelodeon in the early 90's (1990-92); however, it also aired as filler on CBS' "Kid TV" Saturday Morning block during the 1991-92 season, so that could've been why Burger King chose to feature it in its Burger King Kids Club meals.

Oh and I have never heard of a Kate Bush Christmas special, the closest thing to Alex's It's A Wonderful Life analogue in the UK would be either Raymond Briggs' "The Snowman" or showing the Morecambe & Wise Christmas special from the 70s - there were lots of them but they always show the one with the André Previn sketch.

I knew David in the Navy, and was at the Chevy dealer shortly after he went in and said, "I want to buy that red Corvette and here's a check."
