On September 7, 2024, Midwest City, Oklahoma, proudly commemorated the International Day of Peace with a remarkable event. The highlight of the occasion was the presence of Sister Shivani, a globally acclaimed spiritual teacher, gracing Oklahoma for the first time. Vice Mayor of Midwest City, Pat Byrne, also joined the celebration by reading the official Proclamation.
Sister Shivani was honored with the prestigious "Beacon of Peace" Award, and we received special commendations from Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt and House Representative Cyndi Munson.
