UFV’s Community Health and Social Innovation Hub has been created to support the social, mental, emotional, physical, and economic health of those living in our communities, through research and community engagement.
Student Experiences with and without SOGI 123
For six years, SOGI 123 has provided resources and tools to help educators in B.C. create inclusive spaces for students of all sexual orientations and gender identities to flourish in schools.
We spoke to two students about their contrasting high school experiences before and after the implementation of SOGI 123: one who graduated high school before SOGI 123's implementation, and one whose high school experience included it.
