I definitely consider the V8 R8 a supercar. Like you said, you know one when you see one. The threshold into “supercar” territory in my book is V8 R8, Nissan GT-R, Mercedes AMG GT. To me they are all incredible cars that make you FEEL SOMETHING. Great video man!

I don't get how they've added 600kg, I get they want electric range, but the weight is crazy surely a smaller battery size and smaller electric motor with refinement to the engine could've made the efficiency gains to satisfy EU regs - 600kg just kills the car entirely, it's slower than the 2017 E63s and that's now 7 years old. I feel they had the right idea, just didn't execute it well, hybrid system and a weight of 2100kg but 727hp and 15 miles electric range, yea that might work but I feel they've tried to give it so much electric range it's hindered absolutely everything else bar electric range. So much so, I believe it's the first M5 that;'s slower than the outgoing model.

The Durango Hellcat was made in 2021, 2023 and 2024. They will likely be building a 2025 Model Year as well starting in a month (will be 7,000+ of them made in total). The big lie wasn't just something that hit people who bought one as an investment it also hit people who just didn't want the value to plummet as soon as it left the lot. We paid MSRP and use it as a daily driver (racing, towing, school pickup/dropoff, groceries, etc). The day that Dodge announced they were bringing it back our values plunged... that stings given the price and the fact that Dodge also treated us like outcasts. For 2021 owners they have not released software updates since 2021, they did not give us the RF Hub lockout despite it being available for SRT Durangos from 2018 up to 2024 (they literally skipped the 2021 Model Year) and the general support through the dealership has been very lacking. Overall Dodge gave us a giant middle finger and now a ton of these are sitting around Dealerships collecting dust and killing our resale values.
