@ It’s truly delicious but there are very few halal restaurants that sell it in overseas. I only saw some chain restaurants from Singapore that sell this dish in Indonesia.

Maybe in the future, there will be more halal restaurants so that everyone can have a taste of this tasty food✌️

Bon Odori is a summer festival, and Japan's summers can be just as hot and humid. But here in Malaysia, the event kicks off from 4pm, so it's cooler and more comfortable. I didn't even break a sweat recording the whole time

@dellas1986 it is understandably opposed that it did bring some contradicting beliefs to islam.As it is a festival to welcome and honour the spirit of the dead. they even called one of the dance as the dance of the dead. But along the way, it was mostly used and promoted as entertainment or dancing festival.

But Christmas celebration has never been opposed.

Because Christmas has been in Malaysia since a long time ago.. and it is part of the malaysian christian celebration. Bon Odori is not.it is a japanese celebration and custom.. hope that answer your question 😁

@@GoodGood-vb8gm I think the problem here is the muslims that participated Bon Odori does not know the background/lore of the festival itself and proceeds to assume it as like a mere dance festival. As a muslim, you can't participate in rituals that is opposed to the belief of Islam. That being said, coming to the festival to see the performance and eat the food there is completely fine. Just don't participate any of the rituals. Christmas is clearly a Christian celebration and we are long aware to not celebrate it. But something new like Bon Odori, it's understandable that it can get confusing.
