O solo tá Meio estranho kkkkkkk
Nice job guys. Black and blues is really up there note wise and it’s usually a struggle to just hit the notes! Only thing I would like to see better is the tempo, it’s incredibly slow, which makes it kinda boring
awesome, awesome, boring is what u just said. How rude
Never seen a mixed brass cover of it, thought trumpet was gonna be lead tho
Is it bad that I know exactly where they are
My trombone shaped heart is happy
YESSSSSS THAT TROMBONE IS KILLING ITTTTTTTTTTTTT KEEP THIS UP DUDE
This sounds nice #jukebox#1fan
E for effort guys!!!!!!
An A+ because it was actually good. I’d like to hear you try to hit those notes
@@brooke-sterling Hurt much? ill refer you to the original video where is came from. Like the fuck i said E for effort!

As musicians, when we're taking on genres from other cultures, we have to really dig into what makes it special enough to repeat. It's more than the notes, and in this case, Black and Blues comes from the soul. You have to feel the notes, so work on the emotional connection and you'll continue to improve. Good luck!
You can’t just say that like you know that they didn’t put their soul into it, as if it’s insulting. What IS insulting is you telling them that they didn’t put enough into it, just because it isn’t William playing doesn’t mean they didn’t do great 😂 This is a difference between constructive criticism and destructive insults. Just go ahead and not say anything about color next time. Music is shared among many cultures, one doesn’t have more meaning than another.
@@brooke-sterling Any experienced music lover knows the difference between expertise and novice performance. And the cultures that produced the sound YOU are emotionally immature to get YOUR feelings hurt about an ok performance they posted for public consumption. I didn’t even mention the other person’s performance- clearly it bothers YOU that a young man performed that song from HIS culture so well. That doesn’t mean no one else can cross cultures but If they are going to do the honor of replicating a genre they should not only know its genesis but appreciate how it’s presented to the world . The best in the world become experts so they have the capability to bend it into something new. These young men are on their way - YOuR manufactured hysteria would inhibit their growth which is what I encouraged. Stop whining.
@@jmaatgreen7894 dang really got all stirred up from being called out. Who are you to tell me I’m immature and inexperienced 🤣 You clearly don’t know me, which is expected since this we’ve never met. But guess what, this is like telling a beginner that they can’t post their progress because the person who made the piece is what, Italian, French, English. Please listen to what you are saying online and filter out the crap. It’s dumb of you to say that I’ve got my ‘feelings hurt’ which clearly I didn’t since I didn’t make this video and I could give a crap what a stranger says to me, rather I will protect my fellow musicians and only give support for potential. Hopefully one day your panties will straighten out ☺️
@@brooke-sterling Lol, you’re seriously crashing out like you’re trying to vanquish an enemy over a music clip. Happy to add to their comment count online. Everyone but you gets it that this is easier than playing on the streets for donations. They’ll still need to learn to earn but it’s a good hustle LOL
To my fellow hyper critical folks. Feel free to grab a horn, record yourself, and upload it on RUclips for the world to see. Thanks.
thank you. This comment section is quite annoying. We have the same last name! Enjoy people singing ‘Dream Weaver’ every time you walk by?
@@brooke-sterling nah. But that'd be pretty neat
Keep trying!
excuse me? Try it out yourself!
NICE!!!!!!
Yall sound good guys, don't listen to anyone else who says otherwise
zero resistência para fazer o solo 😕.
What in the mayonnaise is this lol. William Bilal owns this song, ain’t nobody do it even remotely close lol
No he doesn’t. Al Jarreau owns it. And while it’s not perfect, you have to give them credit for being able to do this in public.
@@NothingPossiblyQuestionMark Owns as in his rendition is what made it popular and he did it the best of anyone who has tried since him.
💯
@@Alexwildly no he MADE the song
@@NothingPossiblyQuestionMark lol I know.
Ummm this song isnt about just the "notes", you got to feel it. That or just move on to the next
Don’t tell them what to do, you have no idea what they were feeling. And if that’s your thought process, absolutely no piece of music is just about notes. So just because it isn’t William playing, doesn’t give you a right to be rude
🔥🔥🔥
I get that it’s not easy but… yikes
?? Spit it out. I’d like to see you try.
not william 😢😂
But it IS better than nothing and they are really good still
😂
😂😂😂Lmao, facts. But good job still.
Just awesome!!!!!
Great job 👏
Y'all sound awesome!
Love, Love this😊
Best brass section
Stop glazin bru
Great Job guys!
Why is the right snare drummer on snare drum? Y’all have auditions or any requirements? He does not know how to play at all.
He is learning the music because he is new
In my school if you’re new you’re not getting on snare, it usually Bass or Crash, if you know the basic or you’re pretty good then they put you on snare on sophomore year.
@@nguyenhuynh-te4mtI was filling in for someone's else's spot, I wasn't on snare drum at the time it was my first year

i agree. too much low brass in general does not exist.
