We were pretty proud of ourselves for doing this strenuous 12km (7.5 mile) hike and thought we were in good shape until we saw a 70 year old Croatian man on the trail, laughing at us and taking a picture because of our huffing and puffing! Hi there! - sorry for the late response. No, this is not kept up all year. I start decorating right after Halloween. I'm planning right now where everything is going to go - how exciting! What does stay up all year is the Christmas Village room - I have a separate room (a small study) that is completely decorated with all the Christmas villages. Hope you're getting ready for another great Christmas this year...it'll be here before you know it! 😃
All countries are beautiful to visit but out of all three of them New Zealand definitely is the perfect destination, so much bigger & the landscapes are very diverse!!

I wondered that too until I met people who have elaborate indoor and outdoor collections who give much more than they paid for these to poor people, and pay for summer camps for kids. Sometimes they have an auction and sell everything as they get older, and the money goes to charities. I guess we shouldn't be too quick to judge. ❤

Your house is like a Vintage Chritsmas Museum, should be open to all your neighboards. Hi there - it does take quite a bit of organization for storing all the ornaments and decorations but I have the system down pat by now. Everything is stored in their own containers and put safely away in various closets or in the cellar...until I can giddily open everything up again and start the decorating all over again!
