Hello, welcome to my channel! I'm Heather Davies and I’ve spent the last several years trying to figure out how to live my best life with Meniere’s disease and vestibular migraine. I have learned just how important connection is with other vestibular warriors. Through support, stories, conversation and tears, we have shared through social media, we’ve found a community of amazing people that lean on and support each other. I would like this podcast and videos to reach other vestibular warriors regardless of their diagnosis or where they are on their journey, to let them know they aren’t alone and living a beautiful life, despite these symptoms, is possible.
