      Sohna projects will grow at the same pace as new gurgaon. Though there could be a good inventory of plots in sohna right now but since nothing significant is left in other parts of gurgaon at competitive prices so sohna will benefit from that.

      It will give you good returns at the time of super structure and possession. But before super structure the prices will grow at a slower pace.

    Sir, very informative video. I have the same opinions as yours on almost every real estate asset class u described from plots to floors to office space to retail. You have really done indepth analysis keeping in view the historic returns and historic price movement behaviour of real estate. You have really provided such an informative video.

      Main Gurgaon ka spill over effect jarrur aayega but thoda slow rate se badhega main gurgaon k comparison me. But it's a good value for money option.

New State Govt college Ground Breaking ceremony inaugurated on 13-8-2024 by CM , New 🏥 Hospital Site connecting Gurgaon Pataudi Rewari expressway (NH352W ) with Sector 1 , New Few Group Housing projects and Shopping Centre earmarked in Sector 1 , All Students of College , Hospital , 5 Primary school (2 already sold in auction ) people and support staff will stay in Sector 1 , Pataudi...Well Promising Future ...Everyone should look to have a Plot in Pataudi ...it's better location than Chandigarh from Greenery point of view , and on National Highway (NH352 W)
