Our recent stay at this resort was nothing short of a disaster. We paid 20k for two rooms for a 2-night stay and experienced the following issues: •No Electricity: No power meant no geyser, leaving us in freezing cold conditions. •No Wi-Fi: Despite promises, there was no Wi-Fi. The staff made numerous excuses and didn’t even apologize, which affected our important meetings. •Terrible Food: The food was unbearable. Even as someone who can usually eat anything, I found it incredibly painful to consume. These were basic amenities the resort promised. To add insult to injury, when we addressed these issues with the owner, he rudely told us to “fuck off” and hung up. Staff members even admitted that the owner, the son of a famous film producer, doesn’t care about the resort. If you’re considering a stay at this “resort,” think again. It’s a complete waste of time and money.

I totally agree with this, we had an even more harrowing and an experience full of harassment. Honestly, we didn't like anything about this hotel. There are no basic amenities in the hotel. Even the shower head didn't work properly and water just trinkled through it. No hooks were provided, no table no chairs and when questioned they said you can take them from outside, which we had to carry into the room and keep it back minimum 3-4 times. There was just one almirah to which they were careless enough to not provide any keys. There was only one bottle given in the room and we had to everytime call their worker to fill it up and when we asked for 2 bottles they said that we'd have to but a 5ltr bottle. We stayed there for 4 days and in total we drank only 5 ltrs during our entire trip (we were three people and this is the collective amount). The room was supposed to be a garden view room and in name of garden there were only bushes in front of us which was actually hampering the walking space. The hotel is such that you can only stay in your room because there is no space for walking. They had mentioned ironing services but give only iron-box without iron board. I've no idea where do they expect the customers to iron their clothes and as expected, they indeed charged us for a prior stain on their bedsheet which we didn't report to them because of their initial fake good behaviour. In the end we were scared of the driver stranding us midway for the entire fiasco because we fought with him for coming an hour late. I'm attaching the car's number plate below for all those who would want to avoid sitting in this cab. This was outrageously horrifying stay and my worst stay experience ever! This was my first trip to South India and after this experience I'm sure I'm never visiting South India again. Mr. Manju was ridiculously impolite and impudent. He doesn't know how to talk to the guests and deal with them. He charged us 2000 for an already torn and stained bedsheet, claiming that we burnt it while ironing when it was clearly evident that the iron-box given to us was much larger than the burnt stain. Initially he was charging us 6000 for his scam but somehow his rate dropped down to 2000. We had booked the driver for 8:00 to leave us to the airport but he came at 9:00 and we were kicked out of the room at exactly 8:00 saying that the driver is ready to leave in next 5-10 mins. While they had send the driver to drop some other guest and when we complained against this the driver started using abusive words against my wife calling her by god knows what all names. The driver clearly refused to switch on the AC...temperature was around 34 degrees. Before leaving I had asked Mr. Manju, myself, to check the room before we leave but he didn't. He didn't bother to check even when we were made to stand outside the hotel for more than half an hour but realised he had to check the room after we left, after 2 hours. I'm sure he purposely did this and didn't raise this point in front of us to charge us extra money for his own faults. He even asked his driver not to give us our luggage at the airport until we give him the money. I had my family with me, my wife and daughter, and the driver was not giving us our luggage and forcing us to give us the money. It was an extreme level of humiliation and embarrassment for me and my family. Nobody can harass women like this. This was absolutely mortifying. Mr. Manju was treating us like some runaway criminals or thieves who wouldn't pay him and this when we had already made a payment of 28000 to him on the spot for the room rent and had also, ourselves, reminded them about a dish that they had skipped to account for. I really wish this video reaches more people and they become aware of the scam these people run in name of hotel.
