late to the video..Most any structure with animals will have moisture vapor control issues. Pole barn builders recommend at least a minimally insulative sheet under the roof tin to prevent dew-point condensation accumulation on the bottom side of the metal, it's a very effective and inexpensive solution. Side wall and roof peak venting encourages air to flow from bottom to top of the underside of the roof. I've never noticed peak vents in a hoop barn. Maybe it's not possible.

We started our full-time farming journey in 2018. 2020 was the most amazing year for us. We primarily grow produce and cut hay and the support that year was amazing. My wife and I both work full time on the farm, make great money and get to spend every day with our kids. I'm such a blessed man and it's such an amazing life! Some days I wake up and still can't believe i get to do this for a living! Congrats to y'all!
