This really worked today. Wow. I didn’t get as much expansion but I didn’t get so distracted by discomfort. I’ve been doing butyeko breathing and it’s a miracle for pain and tension especially when combing with your guided meditations x

Sometimes the vibration in my legs and throat won’t expand, and I get stuck just before I can surrender and other times i dissolve and all is so deep, so calm. I know it’s a practice but sometimes it feels so overwhelming and a bit painful, I don’t know how to let go

Hi my dear, Thank you for sharing your experience. It sounds like you've already had a very transformational journey while observing the vibrations. However, I understand that it can sometimes feel stuck and uncomfortable. If you feel stuck during your meditation, try moving your awareness to another object. For instance, you can shift your focus from vibrations to chakras and then to your aura. Additionally, when observing the vibrations, avoid getting locked on one area. Instead, try to widen your awareness to encompass your whole body and the infinite vibrational field surrounding you. Once you feel that everything is vibrating in harmony, those stuck areas will dissolve as well. Let me know how you're getting on. Blessings, Yair
