How to navigate an imported gpx track (while still located in an offtrack gps location) ?
- Put your gps position first and then the gpx track import.
Magic Earth.
1. Calculate a traject from your current gps location toward the first trackpoint of the import track.
2. After the connection to join the import track is produced you will be able to start up the navigation.

Optional: Export and save as gpx navigation track 5. Push navigate. Or most simple and fast directly from 1 to 5. Ready to start and go ! Realistic timing by custom avg walking speed set.

Near to the beeline shaping or via waypoints the gps position automatically is to be in an ontrack position. The attached next direction guiding information so is useful anyway. For this specific test demo a manual beeline via point name edit was used.

Hello. Can you open the 2 private videos about Strict navigation with auto recalculation in Locus? I reaaly need this videos, but they are private now. Thanks you.
I checked. The video's are now again published as public. New: Observe also the Android Cruiser gps app navigation by the same out and return T deviation traject.. No need to set up any strict mode in the Cruiser app. Cruiser offers a perfect navigation result as designed. ruclips.net/video/Hp2o5LIQMxo/видео.html
@willy5391 amazing, now I can see this videos. Thank you so much for explain, I use locus, because I can use it on my galaxy watch 4 classic.
Offroad guiding is a nice feature, from experiences in my country where there are vast desert areas without roads, this feature is very great for knowing the direction without the need to look at the mobile screen as when you are driving off the road all your focus is on driving and you cannot look at the phone screen Because sometimes the car is completely shaking and you can't look at anything and you need to stop to watch the screen and then continue driving.
