watching a sunset in real time || Elite Dangerous
The galactic struggle for power, wealth, and fame often has pilots running around from task to task without stopping to take a look at what's around them.
Sometimes, you just need to take a load off and unwind.
Recent Powerplay and BGS struggles have burnt me out. As such, the idea of simply landing on planets, watching sunsets, taking pictures, and appreciating the beauty of the game has sounded more and more appealing to me. Instead of going out into the black like I usually do, I decided to find stunning places within the Bubble itself. There are more than you think! Here's me watching a sunset on a planet approximately 180 LY from the Bubble's core.

Forgot to record the entry, sorry folks. It's very much like the exit. Flying in near 0 visibility, winds pushing you around, lightning flashing around you, and occasionally releasing caustic sinks to prevent corrosion. Pretty cool experience! Game: Elite Dangerous

This has truly been a gamechanging experience. Walking out of my ship and realizing, "Holy shit, I own this thing." has never felt better. I can't wait to transform my gameplay experience with the Lambda Drifter!! Game: Elite Dangerous

Your lucky I haven’t found one since I started
I've only found 2 since I started playing last January. From my experience, I've found more X-Structures in shallow-middle wild space than in deep wild space. I suggest you look there, since the more X-Structures you find, the better chance you'll get at finding an ancient satellite.
