Let’s gooo! Thanks for watching!
Cool
Not very lean, not much mass either
"You will never be criticized by someone doing more than you.” Thanks for the input Sam! ❤️
Tf ? You want him to be 2% bodyfat or something ? 😂
Just trying to be my best version of me!
Can u substitute the milk for liquor?
Haha you could! I’ve never tried that
how many bpm products have you tried and which do you recommend. great goals!
Thank you!! I love them all. Everyday, I use the multi vitamin, creatine, and whey protein. And for endurance, G1M sport is amazing!
@ i already have whey protein and some electrolytes from other companies and i play basketball and lift what would you recommend from bpm for me?
@ definitely stick with the electrolytes for before/after hoops. I would recommend creatine. It’s one of the only supplements that has numerous studies on its benefits
That's water.
Yes it is!
So I only need to run like a thousand miles.
🤣 not a thousand, but staying in zone 2 while running will help!!
@lucaswenzel. Chat GPT did my math, 700 miles. :p
It looks convenient..

You're literally boiling at that temperature
140 can be hot sometimes, but you get used to it!
@ you die at that temperature. the boiling point of the water is 100 C
@ I mean you literally die. The boiling point of blood is 100 C. You are LITERALLY boiling.
Considering water boils at 212f, not literally.
@@MinkSignal sorry i tought it was c
You already said enough in the first five seconds I’m convinced
Honey doesn't need to be refrigerated btw
No worries, it’s in my pantry
I summon Eddie abbew
Looks good bro, keep it up
Thanks, appreciate it!
You’re the only other person I’ve ever seen wear the Kaiha Roads. I freaking love them!
I heard 220-age and then between 50-60 of that
Isn’t that 295 or am I blind because the red is 45 right? Then the blue is 25 and the green is 10.
The blue is actually a 35. Reds are 45 and green is 10
why not put on another 45??
Wish I can see the medal you achieve
I run cross country in high school and this is how much I weighed before and after a race. I usually am between 130-135 during training. The morning of the meet I was 135 exactly. The morning after, I was 129.8. Over 5 pounds with one race
That’s crazy!!
Can you explain to me how this is significant? I mean, if your body weight on any given day is +/- 5 pounds, then being under by a pound is insignificant. Like, I can drop 2 pounds just by taking a crap. For me, 10 pounds is significant. There is more movement than simple daily fluctuations. Perhaps I am just dumb.
@@jordanjtbraun just something fun I thought I would share! No science involved and just something I found interesting. You would think it would be a bigger fluctuation
Can you please explain to me what the gel is and what it does?
They have carbs. For replenishing your glycogen stores quickly during a race as it is the easiest macromolecule to utilize for energy.
Exactly!
Man out here running marathons on Taco Bell mild sauce alone.
Good work brother! Congrats
any tips to have faster mile splits
Just consistency in your training! Speed training once a week with progressive overload over time will help to improve your splits
That’s some darn good pacing
Sheesh. That’s pretty darn fast. I struggled to break my 10k PR (1:03:56). Hopefully next week I’ll be able to crack sub 1:00:00
You got it!!!
What’s the point of training in different shoes?
Never mind I used my brain and asked google and got my answer. 🫡
The daily trainers are more cushioned, so you can run a lot of miles in them. The carbon-plated shoes should be worn 1-2 a week at the most because they put more pressure on your feet/ankles. And then it’s also important to not run more than 400 miles per each pair of shoes
What’s your goal time
Sub 3:15!
That’s cool and all but were you moving an electric toothbrush back and forth?
great vid, keep it up!
Appreciate it!
I'm inspired. Thank you for the helpful tip.
Awwwww no one cares dude!
Such an asshole
I do
Thanks for watching 😊
What type of shoe would you recommend for a beginner? And what would you recommend for a running split to start as a beginner?
@@jacksonanderson1482 the first pair of daily runners that I had and loved were the Nike Pegasus! There are lots of good options like Hoka and New Balance. I would recommend trying them on in a store to see what feels best

i wish i had this descipline
Yeah, you didn’t lose that weight in fat? lol You lost it in 95% plus water, mostly from breathing, but also sweating . It’s also why you can lose like 3 to 4 pounds just sleeping 😂
Yes that’s is exactly right. Not in fat lol
“…after 20 miles”. My brain: “after just 20 mins”??!!!! 😅😅😅
You must be losing hella weight
W
Nice work bro but remember the grind never ends
Yessir!
Let’s get it!
LETS GO
I always did this for my squats, I don't know why people don't go all the way down and up for muscle activation. It's the reason why my legs and chest are killer.
Exactly!!!
Now how much of that is water weight? Great job on the run and staying fit, but this is a bit misleading
The majority I would say is due to water weight. It’s more of an experiment I like to do to see how much I’m losing on runs varying in distance. In this run, I drank about 30 ounces of water with electrolytes
my dumbass will still have a bad posture even after buying this but i could fix it. 10/10 video
Gotta start somewhere!
What will it do for my Plantarfasciatus
One of the treatments is movement. So keeping blood flow in your legs and feet will definitely help!
Thank you for the advice!
My pleasure!
You gotta read meditations by Marcus Aurelius my boyh. Society embraces charismatic happy warm people. Warriors, by your definition here, are not that.
I’ll check it out!
My only question is why he has his shoes on
😂

He said weight not fat, yall need to chill.
