Here's a quick tip for your audio problem: if you are using the latest OBS studio on windows 10 or 11 (version 30.0.0 or above), hit the "+" icon under sources, and then click "Application Audio Capture (BETA)" and then select the app that you want to stream the audio from. Then mute "Desktop Audio" in the audio mixer. This should make OBS ignore any sound from discord/browsers/anything other than the selected app, and hopefully fix your echo issue. This does only work on windows, so if you use linux or macOS you will need to find another solution.
