The match should've had a pin finish. There was no reason for Blair Davenport to be involved in the tag team championship match. But since she was then if Isla Dawn/Alba Fyre were scripted to retain then at least make it a pin finish. The referee could've been distracted by Blair allowing Fyre/Dawn to retain. If Bianca Belair/Jade Cargill were scripted to win then they should've won by pin finish despite the interference of Blair Davenport. The people in charge of the WWE continue to screw up the womens tag team titles. They had it set up perfectly when Sasha Banks/Naomi were the champions. But that old bonehead idiot Vinnie Mac drove them out of the company. Those two ladies won the tournament and were set to defend their titles against any and all comers. Imagine being told that they were going to not only lose their titles but be split up and turned into jobbers. Out of the blue with no warning. That 🤡 Vinnie Mac ruined everything that was agreed upon. Where is Naomi now,back in the WWE jobbing. The same as Carmelo Hayes who was HIM in NXT. He's basically a replacement for Ricochet. Both of those guys are so damn talented. Jade Cargill will get better by having more matches,individually and as Bianca's tag partner. I've always liked Dawn/Fyre as a tag team. But they were MIA for so long that I forgot about them. The womens division on both brands can get better. But they can only do so if they're put in the ring and allowed to wrestle actual matches. Training is great but it's no substitute for actual in ring matches. Writing entertaining storylines would also be great. Case in point,the alliance between Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton is absolutely so intriguing. When will Tiffy Time cash in on her bestie Nia?
