Good. Builds revolving around one single type of weapon in any game are incredibly boring.

pistols really suffered to begin with, not only were they sub par compared to all other weapons having their damage cards in the FREAKISHLY BUSY agility tree was brutal.

ahh yes, buff the pistols and then immediately remove the perks needed to make them viable xD they couldve made onslaught stuff just like.. brand new perks? cuz now its just gonna be commando + onslaught.

They added the boosted damage from guerrilla/gunslinger to the base damage of the weapons. They are not getting nerfed they are getting buffed.

AA far as I seen pistol builds are being buffed and may be meta in the next update

i like pistols but i always had issues with them using too many agility cards, these changes are interesting but your still facing up to a lack of agility, even if its maxed out, I'd prefer to see a small arms mix for rifles shotguns pistols and smg's tbh I'm recently back into the game as a new start on PC from xbox so i'm looking forward to these new changes its why i'm returning liked and subbed o7

i cant think of many you can 'fifle-ise' there tho tbh - you have some good pistols and they are max damage and bloodied so it will be cool for you keep those and whack those out when appropriate and then take advantage of putting cards for damage elsewhere. i have a varied heavy commando build which works really well, full damage in each then use the legendary perk cards to get what you need off the other special slots (e.g agility for more AP and with powered mods and SS ultralight excellent AP availability even with not highest possible agility). your pistols arent useless, they are cool and original, keep the best ones if you have the space

put stocks on what you can - you have some decent weapons there mate

Fallout 1st is a personal choice. After playing for a few months, I decided to join, and I've been loving it for years now. I hope you'll enjoy it too. Some life hacks - when adding all items to the Scrapbox, some items may be left behind; instead of going to a workbench, you can select those items in the scrapbox to scrap - it's a built-in safety, so you don't accidently scrap some things. Also, you mentioned always being short of items like springs, but since you can now hoard scrap, after a short time, you'll be drowning in scrap 😍My son and I have a contest on who has the most scrap 😏

The stats are looking good, and the skin looks pretty great, too. Like the 'Terror'.

Here's some tips from personal experience, might be different for you. Aim your first weapon to the shoulder area until the crosshair is red. need to do some positioning so you can aim there but it will help deplete the shield faster. For the Auto Axe, move it around a bit if you feel like the damage is lower than usual, until you are able to shred the robot visually inside its chest. The damage will raised up to 2k. If you see the bar just being stuck, wiggle the axe a bit, somehow it resumes the damage for me

Switch to third person the auto melee does a lot more dps

Took why too long. Just auto axe its back while it’s coming up and shield should break. Can easily do this without slugger and science. Furious and ponder will do the work.

Numbers seem a little low there? My auto axe kills it twice as fast as that with about 3200 dmg per tick

You can make it even quicker by skipping the reflect stage entirely by axing the generator as it comes up, the trick is however to remove electrified because the generator is weak only to physical damage, which you get more of with unmodded.

I think the furious/AA debate here doesnt matter. My build does around 1250 dmg with auto axe with no buffs and i have no problem taking out guardian in the first round. Min maxing dmg here is pointless imo, only thing that matters is if you can take out the guardian in the first round.

With furious you get 2048 dmg :D, also you just need reflector and a baseball bat with limb dmg, can get it shields gone in like 2 hits.

Full set of battle loaders SS armour, I used a quad black powder rifle with bayonet. Basically it's bang, bang, bang stab. Tend to leave one to not trigger the reload but you can shoot four and interrupt the reload with a bash/stab. 75% chance to instantly reload with full battle loaders so it's good fun.

I had a QE flechette harpoon pre-legacy nerf, and it was my favorite weapon to use. Been away from FO76 for about a while, but knowing I can get this delightfully silly weapon again makes me want to return!

The absolute quickest way to do this first boss is for 3 of ya team to totally cake the top of the column with Nuka Mines before the Robby pops up then ran to cover as the other player blast them with a Troubleshooter Tess Daly Cannon just as the Robby stops at the top. Takes literally 20 seconds 👍 Rinse and re-Pete! Me and my homies Rifle gaming and the QC gamer came up with this method btw. Appy Knew Year ❤

question? Why do you use barbarian(no power armor),bandolier(you're using an energy weapon), and friendly fire( you are solo)? I am just trying to learn the game mechanics here. :) And I think you did good!

At work and so have you so I’m clearly it does work and didn’t need to be further tested. It’s not the easiest way so far by far and away the easiest way is some kind of vampire weapon standing on his head while the shield goes away and I’m switching to an auto wax and grinding the shit out of them with the fully blown slugger belt for the auto act. That is easiest wayI mean that way is simplicity, but that is also getting patched as probably is this methodology.

Furious Auto-axe instead of Anti-Armor will do more damage. Not at first, but over a few seconds then the damage is almost double with what AA would be. Furious is far better. I have found also that the poison mod on the Auto-axe deals more damage than the burning or electric mod. I tested all 3 and the electric and burning did far less damage than the poison.

You could change some perks to include the "science" perks that affects autoaxe damage. Nut much more important, is the way you destroy the shield. You just need a vampire heavy weapon (I use a vampire minigun, the damage of the weapon is not that important) and 2 perk cards. The ricochet under luck which is 1 point, and Bullet Shield on endurance, that one is 4 points. If you have to excluse some card you think is very important, dont worry, these ones are much nore important, you will see...the bullet shield card and the synergy between ricochet and vampire effect its amazing. In a first atage you select the hravy weapon and fire it aometimes to activate the bullet shield effect, the shield autodestroys itself in half a minute. Then you select the autoaxe to melt him...if you get pounders apply it immediatly, this with 2nd effect power attack, you melt it in seconds, it can be q furious like mine, its the same thing. But try this method of destroying the shield, its much quicker

I use a level 1 bat with crippling. EN06 can't be crippled so it just turns into straight damage. takes about 60 seconds to beat him to death.

How die you do damage top him with the Auto axe? If i attack him i See only 00000000000 dmg^^

Hey man hate to pile on as I know you’re just trying to help people but this is much slower and more difficult than it needs to be. I don’t know why you take his shield down and kill yourself when you could have just jumped up there and auto axed him to finish him off. The shield is the hard part, after that just jump on to the inner ring, or the center (but it can be difficult to hit him when you are literally inside his body) and auto axe him. Also use the auto axe in 3rd person. He dies wayy faster. Pounders is not needed. I did this over 100 times on my level 130 character with excavator armor. All you need is a heavy vampire weapon with bullet shield and ricochet, then an auto melee weapon to finish him before the room even blows up once. Also I like to stand on the platform with him the entire time not just at the end. You can fire at him continuously if you are using a minigun with tribarrel so the fire rate is a little slower.
