I’ve been using a bit of Fontaine nowadays as well, but mostly sticking to Sumeru + Liyue for the main route. I wish they’d increase the number of map pins again tbh

If you’re in Neuvillette’s charged attack animation while it happens you can hold forward to stay somewhat close. If you have him C1 he shouldn’t get interrupted but will still get pushed back a decent amount

You need to also destroy the core at the base of the Regisvine to knock it down which you can just barely reach when doing Neuvillette’s charged attack. At 0:14 and 0:50 I’m basically holding forward the whole time and this gives me enough hits to break the core.

If you want weapon exp it’s best to look at the crystal chunk farming routes

Nope, he's just there for convenience. Maximum speed would use Rosaria at night or Dehya during the day

@@WishfulOA Then I recommend swapping him out for Diona. She's a free character with a 10% speed buff, that doesn't care what time it is. Diona is the best tank in the game, due to the very many utility effects she has. She straight-up ignores enemies, and gets you in and out as fast as possible. Also it isn't as important when trying to speed through all this, but her skill also cleanses. So she's worth building for that too.

It should be 100 total. If you saw more spots after reaching 100 then either the daily reset rolled over, you had coop partners standing there, or you found the 7 or so spots in the Sumeru forest that don't despawn (in water bubbles). There are no artifact spots in Mondstadt

The max amount you can get in solo rn is 140 I think. With 4 player coop I've found a setup that gives 215 or so

@@WishfulOA there are no artifact spots in mondstad, but there are investigation spots and afaik it doesnt keep track of how many artifacts you pick up, but how many investigation spots you activate. trash stuff or artifacts does not matter. And that is what was puzzling. Because I could go back to where I had my normal route and it was empty. single player mode, no coop. I read somewhere that sumeru is separately counted from the rest. not sure if thats true but i will try it out some day soon by trying to run 2 routes one after another.

@@WishfulOA So what I have noticed is that if I do my normal route and then sumeru, then there's no investigations points in sumeru. But if I do my normal route in the evening/night and then the next day before 24 hours are up I go to sumeru, I can do the route. Even though the other spots have not respawned yet.

I'm not arguing at all, rather sharing my observations. But, just for completeness sake Ill add that I have figured it out since then though. There are 2 seprate cooldowns in play. 100 spots every day (determined by server reset time) and the same exact investigate point once every 24 hours. (You can indeed get only 100 spots every day, but this is not once every 24 hours. The spots that you investigate, DO have a 24 hour cooldown.) So what happened: I cleaned out the spots on my artifact run and the next day, I got on at an earlier time - since it was the next day, 100 spots could be investigated again, but because 24 hours had not passed, I could not yet investigate the same spots I did the day before. At first I just did not realize it worked like this, as I had seen people use 24 hours and "once a day" interchangeably. Now I use this to just run the same run every day after 24 hours have passed and once it gets too late, I run a different route, so that the day after that I can start my normal route early again. Problem and mystery solved.

Wow, I didn’t expect anyone to timestamp the video but thank you for that! I currently have a new route that takes around 10 minutes with 3 more artifact spots that I might make a guide on someday.

They respawn after 24 hours.

Make sure the area is set to real life and not the dream realm (use the music plant to switch them). There are different drops when you're in the dream realm. You'll know that it's right when there are a bunch of hilichurls around.

Does it work ? and how much mora/xp you get from this second route ?

Wow I forgot I had this video up. I recently beat Nine Circles and am working on Jawbreaker :)

The boar came out of nowhere! I had done tons of runs right before this one and had made sure to kill the boar so it wouldn’t impede me, but it came back during this run.
