3°down thrust and 3°right thrust,,anong size ng wings ng plane mo at prop,,try mo palitan yung prop at motor A2212 size kung sa 1100mm wing span..add mo n rin sa design ng wings dahidral at angle of attack ng wings,,, gamitin mo wing spar yung tadyang ng payong n flexible magaan at matibay lakihan mo n rin yung scratch build mo atleast 1100mm wingspan mas ok kung mas malaki ang plane👍

id recommend not using hot glue to mount the motor as if the motor heats up too much it can come lose.

Well done! Perhaps you could use the shaft as the release valves and run the nozzle along the propeller?

Probably save weight, use less hot glue, maybe foam glue

If you are open to suggestions, I'd recommend to put a bigger horizontal stabilizer. The Airplane seems to stall but I don't think It's a CG problem.

congrats but its too tail heavy, make the fuselage a little bit longer to the nose, learn how to balance your plane.

try less dihedral in the wings an make nose at least 10 cm longer to avoid tail heavy issues. good work.
