Hello....Can you answer my query??? From where did you get 2013 JE paper??? Cause I have searched in SPSC website and it's not available there. And from what I heard, in 2013 JE exam was conducted by department itself and not by SPSC. Can you be kind enough to please share the pdf of 2013 JE paper????

The Sikkim Civil Services (SCS) exams and interviews often fall short of expectations. The panel, typically composed of HoDs and officers from various departments, tends to ask random questions that seem to lack any real intent to assess the candidates’ understanding of the subject. The interview often feels like a mere formality, with all candidates receiving nearly the same average marks. In the end, success is largely determined by the performance in the mains exam, with those who either excel in it or have strong backing from the government benefiting the most. Additionally, the SCS mains itself was not comparable to the rigor of UPSC mains. The exam did not demand a difficult syllabus, which was unfair to candidates who had seriously prepared, only to face general questions that required little specialized knowledge. Unfortunately, the SPSC’s approach continues to leave candidates feeling disappointed. Eager to see the caliber of candidates emerging from this batch… hope they don’t disappoint, as it usually happens, most turn out to be underperforming officers and liability for the Government.

Also one request please collect questions of topics like disaster management, IT, Space, internal security etc. that are not found in GS Prelims, rest of the questions are commonly found. Could you kindly stick to the syllabus of mains.? It would be more helpful otherwise only misleading and futile exercise since there’s not much time.

Why are current affairs included here?? It’s not in main’s syllabus
