Hey Roy ! Would love to chat with you !
Our society badly needs people like her with feelings, emotions and empathy
i know i'm late to the party but Claire Williams you are absolutely a power woman. Thanks for doing this interview and for always a fan. Please @Roy Ledgister tell Claire.
Charlie Mullins' story is a testament to how hard work and determination can lead to incredible success in the business world. His journey and insights are truly inspiring!
great interview... hard to work out though isnt it..dont blame anyone but your self... next sentence,,,it wasnt me at fault so i sacked everyone...
Love Alfie. Seen a lot his podcasts. He can go off on a tangent sometimes but he talks a lot of sense. How this podcast doesn’t have more views baffles me tbh. Great interview
James is a beautiful man inside and out. It restores my faith in people, seeing a man as successful as James be humble and honest it is refreshing. Love from all the potato family 💚
NIGEL & CHARLIE ❤
having a microphone right in the front and center of a shot is the weirdest decision I've seen. hopefully there is a camera man that understands framing in the future
What the fuck did he do to his face?
You can do what you like when you’ve got 150million in the bank son !
I'm actually shocked this content has no comments.
What a wanker. Left up to this poundland rod Stewart, anyone who didn't have the scamdemic vaccination would have been ostracised.
Claire ran the team gallantly and hope she visits the F1 paddock in the near future
💫🌹
Roy is an awful interviewer
I just love James life story. I love his Pawn business, watch it all the time. He is truly inspirational 👏🇦🇺
thanks
Jane was a big contribution to the show in the early days, where is she now ?
Claudia got rid of JO ! That’s my opinion James and Jo got on too well.
@@sugarsnap1578 Umm I can believe that Jo and James were great banter together Shame.

Just love his interaction with his staff his out look on life and the fact he enjoys his job …….. and the characters he interacts with like Ian ♥️ don’t you just love Ian xxx
You talk too much - just let the the interviewee open up naturally .- nobody wants to know your opinions . Sorry but so irritatating .
Great Interviewer, and interesting chat.
Fantastica Claire
Grandiosa Claire
This interviewer has a very interesting technique of interrupting the interviewee to retroactively ask the question that they’re already answering.
Top interview, great questions.
The 2nd from top bottom on James' shirts are like, Am I dead to you?! Love James, great bloke, would love to have a pint and a natter with him.
Doesn’t hurt that he’s handsome and well spoken.
awsome
How the hell do you get these people on a channel with 50 subscribers. Can’t believe you haven’t got more subs though. Good interviews.

My late father had a metals business which he had to close down before it went bust, and that was a tough decision to take having built it up through the good times, so I have an inkling of how difficult it was for Claire to manage a business short of funds and with the added pressure of a Pandemic, but only she can know the enormous pressure put upon her. Nobody wants to be responsible for selling the family business, but she can be rightly proud of delivering it into safe hands, I'm sure she would have been successful again in better times.
I've always thought that Claire did an amazing job at Williams during difficult times for the team and got precious little credit for it; stepping up to de facto Team Principal to run a business of that size would be daunting for most people, and doubly so when your family name is above the door.
Really enjoyed watching this, Claire is really missed in the paddock. I hope that one day she comes back into the sport in some way and I wish her all the best. One day I will paint a championship Williams car again
Really loved watching this, I wish Claire all the best, she really is missed in the paddock. I hope she comes back into the sport in some form.
Such a wonderful interview. I have had the fortune to have met Claire quite some time ago and had quite a few dealings with her. I still have such wonderful memories of her time at Williams. So pleased to see her beyond the world of F1.
Great interview! My wife and I were so fortunate enough to get a Photo with Claire at Melbourne in 2019. She was soo lovely. I’ve been a Williams fan and supporter ever since the first f1 race I watched on tv in 1996. I’m always proud of the team and was always proud of Claire as many people were around the world
Amazing second part to this interview. Very insightful 👏🏾
really enjoyed this being a williams fan since the early 90's i really wish claire would watch a race or hope she could get to silverstone one day
Had the great pleasure in meeting Claire and Sir Frank after sending a painting to her at Williams. What a lovely person and it was quite clear that she was passionate about the team. I wonder if she kept the watercolour of the butterfly I did. Any chance you could find out? Maria
We can certainly ask the question! Thank you for listening in.
Amazing first part of this interview. Looking forward to part two 🙏🏾🤞🏾
It gets better!! Stay tuned.
I actually know Claire. I worked for Williams in the Conference Centre... I'm only 5' 1" always wanted to be 5' 5" or 5' 6". . Never going to be but just wanted to be. I don't think it would have made any difference in the team but I do understand what Claire means. Not a fan of smaller men though. They sometimes have a huge complex. Not always. Surely People should enjoy a challenge... Isn't that what it's about. Good interview.
Thank you for your kind words.
@@royledgister5494 You are welcome. ☺️
@@annearnott2108 Is she really so lovely? What a charming Person.
@@courcheveller Claire really is lovely ..
As hard as a might seem to be a short woman, believe me, it's much worse as a short man, other men can be absolutely brutal with short guys. There's a reason why so many short men have anger issues and it's generally from being walked all over every day by men and women.
Well done Roy but Tyson might have had a mention :-)
Ah yes, stay tuned for a whole feature dedicated to the co-founder. Until then, you need to check out our Convivia RUclips channel where Tyson features weekly!
Nice. Look forward to seeing the result of this insane task!! You're mad Roy.
Inspirational words. Stay tuned for more...
