    That’s a tough one. So many seemingly dissonant notes that it’s incredibly difficult to have an ear for it before playing. It’s like.. Cmaj arpeggios with an F# just to start the game. Then we throw in a couple Bb notes and go from damn high above the staff (unless you’re a freak of nature jazz lead trumpeter) alllll the way down to that low G. That’s maniacal. The man who designed that “warmup” is a cruel, cruel man. 🤣

      Hah!! This is one of our advanced exercises :) and yes definitely not a ‘warmup’. We make all types of trumpet exercises.

      Correct. We certainly think so, and would bet that most trumpet players agree your tongue arches up towards the roof of your mouth when you play high range.
