The best class act.
so being jewish gives u advantage in life;
I thought I misheard, wow. Why would he even compare St. Louis to Ankara? It's like saying Tokyo is better than Santiago de Compostela. This dude is so random.
Stay tuned for a new episode of "Hans Makes New Friends"
Respect! ❤️
st louis is one of the worst places in the us too lol
After only watching a few of his games, never saw him talk here... anyone one who can say "I'm an idiot, but I play well" is ok in my book. It's also great to see a high ranking chess genius lighten up about young Hans. That brilliant young man deserves a break ! Bravo Mr Levon!
Wait until you see İstanbul. God, literally load of garbage
Listening to Levon is so pleasant ,and to Hans always makes me move uncomfortably in my chair
His people skills speaks for itself.
Ankara is nicknamed "The Gray City". Sky is gray, buildings are gray, cars are gray, suits are gray... Everyone is either studying, doing business or working for the government...
The GOAT
Cheating? Maybe. But where's the proof? Innuendos don't cut it.
I sense that Hans and Erdoğan would get along.
Kendi ülkenize laf atıyonuz yorumlarda yazık aq
Even the turks hate ankara lol, he got a point
wise words..
Fun fact: In Turkey, Ankara being nothing in the context of touristic places is literally a meme.
Holy I don’t think I’ve seen such a classy interview ever in my life.
The question would be did Magnus do anything suspicious? They act like because that kid is playing really well they think he’s cheating? No the fact that he cheated over 1000 times before and his couch got caught cheating and he wouldn’t even give a interview after beating Magness all he said was the chess speaks for itself????? If you’re cheating you can’t reflect on the game because you wasn’t really thinking during the game so of course you would say that. And the fact that he has 10 games that are 100% correlation with the top program when even Magnus Bobby Fischer or Garry Kasparov only got to 93 and Hans has 10 games at 100% correlation with stockfish? That means he would be the goat of all goats 🐐 lol he’s definitely cheating
Cool. Invite someone to a tournament. If he loses (like you think he will), don’t say anything about it. But when he wins you call him a cheater, and instead of providing evidence that he cheated in the game, you say he has cheated online before, which was common knowledge. That’s not how it works. Refuse to play him or don’t invite him to a tournament. Otherwise, bring evidence.
What he has been through is called the curse of Ankara. If you insult the Grey City, the curse will never leave you alone. Dear Hans Moke, unless you go back to Ankara and get exposed to enough Ankara cold in its soulless concrete pile, your life will never be in order again. This is what all chess drama is about. Be smart kid. Your cure is here. Turn back and sincerely apologize.
This comment has a hint of divine intervention
He crowns the holy anal beads of Ankara, they shield the user from the wicked curse.

I am Turkish and I agree that Ankara is a miserable place. Hans speaking the truth. What he was doing there though?
playing chess tournaments
Someone needs to change Magnuss’s diaper
too bad he wasn't a known cheater before so you would have a basis for the accusations.
Unfortunately the truth is the only good things in Turkey are what used to be Greek.
As a Turk from Istanbul, now studying in Ankara, he's definitely right
It went from "no offense" to "that place is absolutely miserable" really fast
I had no idea that John Green started playing chess
Levon Aronian - pure class
A true gentleman
Way to go Levon, such a gentleman.
I love Turkey. Everyone is my friend and everyone has a special offer for me.
“My bratha this wan $50 but for you my friend, $49” *item worth $1.50*
@@123-.- Why is this so accurate
I like turkey, especially if roasted
Karpov dominated world chess for a decade. Neither Fischer nor Seirawan came close to that.
who?
There are great places in Turkey. Ankara is not in the top 10. South-Western and South-Central locations are most beautiful. Perhaps I am biased, having lived in Izmir. But right now the economic situation is terrible, so perhaps Hans was referencing that.
turkey as a whole is miserable as well
I miss the times when Turkey wasn’t miserable
@@mozankocak There were such times?
@@gavaudan2131 Yes? Obviously?
bro you are from izmir bro wyu talking about go k"ll some unborn babies or smthn go dye your hair blue you raggady ahh goofy ahh
Good guys: Levon, MVL, bad guys: Nakamura, So, Nepo, Magnus
Only person who makes sense.
gentleman, humble and beautiful soul
When I used to play in OTB tournaments, all cell phones had to be off...has anyone described how they think this guy is cheating? I mean when you are playing Magnus, everyone will be watching, so unless he's a magician!!
bruh, I dont really care, even though I am a Turk, but this guy is really a kid. He craves publicity with random lines without considering the aftermath. How is it smart to call a capital of a 80 mill. country shitty??
I mean look at North Korea or Bangladesh and tell me if their capitals are great cities because they have many millions of people living there. I would rather live in Stockholm or Oslo
Because it's his opinion.
the whole country can't do shit while he gains publicity so it's pretty smart.
You care that's why you replied. Turks and their blind nationalism, focus on some actual issues in your country instead of getting offended at an opinion.
@@px2059 No it's called being a coward. It's the same thing as a woman hitting a man, because she knows the guy is not allowed to hit her back.
You chess players are calling THIS classy? Yo, I've got a bridge to sell yall, since you're so gullible to this politician talk! The man called his colleagues, with hundreds of years of collective experience, paranoid. Then, he went on to stroke his feathers, talking about how good of an attitude he has and how he wasn't paranoid of Carlsen. Imo, this looks like a man taking a contrarian stance because it'll look good if he's the only one who backed hans up if hans name gets cleared, and he also gave himself plenty of wiggle room to say he never said hans didn't cheat in this interview. He got absolutely nothing to lose with this statement, and looks especially good if he is right. This is as weasely as it gets. Judging by these comments though, I think chess players are mostly a bunch of weasely little dweebs that enjoy pretenses of civility rather than actually confronting a conflict
mad respect for him, but you will never catch someone that is cheating if you don't investigate abnormally good play. it makes sense to conduct and investigation there considering so much circumstance is pointing to it to see if it's the case or we're wrong. if he's innocent that's that. just apologize for wasting his time and go on with the scene. but if he's guilty and you don't check he's just gonna ruin the entire scene.
Except that Hans was investigated and found clean and yet Magnus's cancerous fanboys still continue to shit on Hans and ruin his reputation. Magnus himself is a big drama queen about it by forfeiting his match against Hans.
Levon is probably my fave player, but he is incredibly disingenuous here with his fake defense of Hans. It’s quite a sad sight to see.
yeah this is how a gentlemen reacts and speaks the truth. This man has a bright past and future!
Thanks, there are a lot of people in the comments of other videos throwing Hans Niemann under the bus. Innocent till proven guilty is just a pipe dream.
Alireza and Hans are the same age and Magnus thoughtly highly enough of the former's rise to consider playing him for the championship title.. Magnus' suspicion has nothing to do with age..
He turned off his cheats against Levon to show some disparity, and now Levon is tryna validate himself. It's obvious to see the quality of moves against levon
A true gentleman. I've always liked this man a lot, he is very likeable and a great player.
A sound of reason in these times - but I'm still not 100% convinced Hans is clean...
