Training is Underway!! Running for a Cause: The Memory of Uncle "Coach" Kevin | LA Marathon 2025

Did you know that only around 1% of the population has ever finished a full marathon!? I have some exciting news to share-I will be running the LA Marathon this March! This is a huge personal goal for me.
But this race isn’t just about me. I’m running in honor of my Uncle Kevin-‘Coach Kevin,’ as I called him. When it came to exercise and staying healthy, he was my biggest cheerleader and the reason I laced up my running shoes all those years ago. Kevin passed away this year after a long battle with prostate cancer, which led to MDS leukemia. He was a fighter, and a personal hero, and I want to honor his memory by doing something meaningful....
