I didn't get the Price of Peace Curio but I managed to luck out by getting the Typical Genius Society Gossip Curio and Gold Coin of Discord early in the run and getting Ruan Mei with 4000 Extra Fragments (I should've picked all Elation Blessings). Someday, I'll get 2000% Path resonance Bonus. Also, this is my first-ever completion of Simulated Universe Gold and Gears. Yay!

4 years later, I'm second sacrificed on my main save slot, and currently working my way to achieving 2 S+ slots. Right-handed, and I've only used my thumb
I think you could try to always start if possible in the right top corner and work to the left. You can do almost anything that you want or comes up but minimize the movement would make you faster
