All these sheeple going chop angle down to the baseball because "A-Rod said so." None of these people ever watch videos of A-Rod swinging though. The guy couldn't describe what he's actually doing if his life depended on it. Swing rail sucks.

Not that great of an instructional video when off the jump she velcros it in the incorrect direction, supposed to Velcro on bicep towards the body not away, she needs to flip it around🤷🏼

Does anyone know how to reattach the two parts that make up the arm band. They came apart and I have no idea how to reattach.

She put it on wrong. Velcro should be pointing towards the body for best results. The rail should be right above the top hand. The part with the green tip should be two inches from the strap on the arm.

How do I not like move around as much when I’m doing just the arm circles

Well, this solved my question as to why the velcro on my son's SwingRail kept coming lose. I thought it was a design flaw at first. Guess not.

So I bought one of these for my son and it's still not clear to me how it's supposed to work. Even when you showed the correct swing at the end of the video it still popped off, so how is that feedback from the tool helpful? I thought if you swing correctly it shouldn't pop off, no?

You put the strap on incorrectly, tab pulls toward your body.

You never said what it should do if you do it correctly.....

As others have said, this is terrible instruction. One way you know is that every single one of her swings is resulting in a ground ball. And with this bat path, that's what you get. Ground balls and pop ups.

When putting Swingrail strap around your arm, it should be done so that you are pulling/wrapping the strap Down and Under your arm away from from your body. She demonstrated incorrectly, wrapping the velcro strap over the top of arm.

my daughter just turned 11 and she drops her hand A LOT on her swing.

is the spinner only for right handed pitchers or can lefties use it too?

Kept waiting for her to demonstrate a FULL correct swing with the swing rail on but never did, and that’s what absolutely killed the whole video was failure of proper demonstration
